ISO Certified 40t Port Crane Spreader, Russian Custom Container Spreader
The OUCO container spreader is made of high-strength steel and structurally looks like a steel frame, all four corners are equipped with twist locks and guides.
This 40-foot automatic container spreader has a simple structure and higher efficiency, suitable for container lifts of different sizes.
Every container spreader produced by Ou Chao must be overloaded by 25% of the rated load to ensure that the spreader will not have defects such as deformation and cracking after the unloading operation.
We can customize the drive for you, such as pure electric, semi-automatic, hydraulic or mechanical drive.

In the automatic container spreader, the hoisting beam is suspended on the hoisting wire rope.
When containers of different specifications need to be hoisted, the container spreader of different specifications is connected with the hoisting beam with pins, and the size of the connection interface is uniform, and there is a drive device in each spreader.
The container spreader must be placed on a bracket that keeps the top of the twistlock off the ground during transportation and placement.
This is to prevent the top of the twistlock from rubbing against the ground during lifting, which will block the rotation of the twistlock and cause damage to the transmission mechanism.
